Kiddie fun

I have been very busy the last few days! I made my first hat and some finger puppets! My boys sister is having a baby this week!
Same sister that lives in Alaska. I really wanted to make the new baby something so decide on a hat. I had never made one before and had
a hard time finding a pattern.I ended up finding a pattern for an apple hat.
I changed it by using sport yarn vs. the worsted and got rid of the stem and leaves. It is so tiny and sweet!

I also bought some in the Powder Yellow cause it was on sale.

After show the hat to my boys mom, she said I should make some more baby hats for the babies that she rocks once a
week at a local hospital. I thought that was a great idea! I told my mother cause she used to make blakets to babies.
She always thinks happy thoughts for them while she is making them. The whole idea makes me happy! :)


Puppy didn't want to try the hat on. She wanted to eat it!
